The Lithology winemaking team brings together heritage, precision winemaking, and geological insight to craft a distinctive, small-lot offering each vintage.
The portfolio is anchored around single-vineyard wines, led by Cabernet Sauvignons from Beckstoffer’s renowned To Kalon, Las Piedras, and Dr. Crane vineyards. Above these vineyard-designate wines sits a special cuvée—Alejandro Bulgheroni Cabernet Sauvignon - crafted from the year’s most compelling barrels.
Two Napa Valley AVA wines round out the red portfolio, Lithology Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Lithology Napa Valley Cabernet Franc.
The white wine single-vineyard program began in 2020 with the Ritchie Vineyard Chardonnay and expanded to include Estate Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from 2021.
As our wines are produced in very small quantities, we first grant allocations to Club Members. Our wines are then released to members of the Mailing List and visitors to the winery, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Summer 2026 White Offering
Presenting a peak summer offering of our 2023 whites to Lithology club members. These are the last bottles of our under-the-radar gems, two single-site expressions, the Lithology Estate Sauvignon Blanc from our two-acre vineyard on the Lithology Estate at the base of Howell Mountain and Lithology Ritchie Vineyard Chardonnay from the celebrated cool-climate Russian River site.
Available in quantities of 3 or 6 bottles on a first-come, first served basis for this small offering of 72 bottles each. Complimentary shipping and complimentary ice packs are included in every summer shipment, and weather holds may apply to ensure the wines are protected.
